Weld 1/4 x 20 nuts to latches
Install with new hardware
With button head Allan bolts

Lake Style Headers

Big block Chevy flange plates 3/8" think
2" primaries
4" exhaust tubing
Slice it up for the cone
Fold and bend together to 2" inlet and 4" outlet
Tack it
2" mandrel bend, cut and fit
Fit in cone
Hole saw 2" holes for primaries

Weld it
Finished passenger side

3/4" x .120 chromoly bushing for leaf spring bolt
Drill 1/2" hole to 9/16"
For leaf spring bolt
Drill frame and tack it
Weld it

A Change of Heart!

Decided to take the twin turbo small block out,
set it aside for now and substitute it with a
Big Block 427!
Just a little bigger!
Demon 850 double pumper
Chrome valve covers and aluminum Offenhauser intake

Custom fab cross member with tabs
to attach quarter-leaves to axle
Custom fab center link with left and right hand heims
Front end set in place
and locate mounting points
Top link, axle and custom cross member bolted together
Top link
1974 Chevy half ton 4x4 rear leaf springs
cut in half to make the quarter leaf front end

Front Axel Modifications part 4

Cut, move steering knuckle and weld back together
for axle clearance

Front Axel Modifications part 3

Grease bearings x 4
Put them in the hub with a new seal x 2
Install hub on spindle x 2
Install nut x 2
Done

Modified hole for larger king pins
Install spindle with larger king pin and new bearing
Install king pin bolt
